Game Rules & Code of Conduct

To ensure Idle Artisan remains a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, all players are expected to adhere to the following rules. Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to own and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts ("alts") to gain an unfair advantage, bypass restrictions, or interact with your main account is strictly prohibited. If your household has more than one player, ensure that those accounts do not interact with each other (market trading or otherwise).
• No Botting or Automation: The use of scripts, bots, macros, or any form of automation to play the game is forbidden. All actions must be performed manually by the player.
• Cross-trade guidance: Players that choose to "cross-trade" with another game do so at their own risk.
• Bug Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting a bug, glitch, or loophole for personal gain is not allowed. If you discover a bug, please report it to the game staff immediately through the Discord.
• Respectful Conduct: Harassment, hate speech, threats, or any form of abusive behavior towards other players or staff will not be tolerated. Keep all interactions respectful and constructive.
• Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your own account. Do not share your password with anyone. Game staff will never ask for your password.
• Fair Play: Play fair and respect the spirit of the game. The game staff reserves the right to take action against any behavior deemed harmful to the game or its community, even if not explicitly listed here.

Privacy Policy

For the purpose of maintaining game security and a fair environment for all users, the following information about users is collected (username, IP address, browser information, email address, game actions). This game also uses cookies to ensure that only authenticated users can perform game actions. This data will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law or court order. This data is not used for marketing purposes. This game utilizes reasonable, industry standard mechanisms for protection of this information. Any users who have concerns should not create an account and play this game.

This game is intended for users that are over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from users below this age.

At any time, and for any reason, you can delete your account which will permanently delete all of this information from the server. This action can be completed under the in-game Options menu.
